Febriansyah Tech System is an independent, bootstrapped software company building an AI-powered manufacturing intelligence platform — factory PLC and machine data connected to Claude.
Most factories already have the data. It sits in PLCs, SCADA systems and historians, and it reaches people — if at all — as dashboards nobody has time to read or spreadsheets assembled after the shift is already lost.
We build the layer that closes that gap. Our platform ingests real-time machine telemetry, normalises it against a manufacturing model of assets, lines, shifts and recipes, and lets Claude reason over it. The output is plain-language insight into OEE, anomalies, production performance and machine condition — with the underlying numbers cited so a production manager can check the claim.
Production teams can then ask questions directly: “Why did Line A miss target last night, and what should we fix first?” — and get an explanation grounded in their own data, not a generic answer.
