2. What we collect

• Visit data. When you load a page we record standard technical information: IP address, user agent (browser and operating system), the page requested, referring page where available, and the time of the request. This is recorded by our web server and by a lightweight visit counter on the site.
• Contact details you send us. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address or phone number, organisation, and the content of your message.
• No account data. This website has no login, no user accounts and no payment processing.

3. Why we collect it

• To keep the site running, secure and available.
• To understand at a high level how the site is used, so we can improve it.
• To reply to enquiries about pilots, partnerships and the platform.

4. Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics pixels, or cross-site tracking. The visit counter described above runs on our own server and does not build an advertising profile of you.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Information is handled by a small number of service providers strictly to run our operations — for example DNS and network infrastructure, email delivery, and server hosting. Where we process data through AI models to deliver the product, that processing happens under the relevant provider’s terms and only for the purpose of producing the requested analysis. Factory production data is only ever processed with the explicit agreement of the factory concerned.

6. Retention

Server and visit logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted or archived in line with reasonable business practice.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our systems is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a small company.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the product develops. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
